No. Every workout is scalable. Our coaches modify movements, loads, and intensity to match your current fitness level. We've had complete beginners and former D1 athletes in the same class.
Classes are 60 minutes (30 minutes at the 12:15 PM slot). You'll start with a structured warm-up, move into the main work (strength or conditioning depending on the day), and finish with a cool-down. Everything is coached and programmed in advance.
Hybrid training combines strength training and cardiovascular conditioning in a structured weekly program. Instead of choosing between getting strong or getting fit, you do both with a plan that delivers real results.
Not at all. Hyrox classes are part of our schedule, but most of our members never compete. The training methodology just happens to produce people who could if they wanted to.
