9 WEEK SUMMER SCHEDULE

June 4 - August 3

Tuesdays 2:00-3:00pm
Plyos, Compound Strength, Intervals/vo2 max, Core

Thursdays 2:00-3:00pm
Explosiveness, Sport Strength, Sprints, Core

Saturdays 12:30-1:30pm
Agility, Power, Conditioning/endurance, Core


WHO IS THIS FOR?

Teenagers aged 13-17, who are looking to improve strength & conditioning this summer. All fitness levels are welcome.

SUMMER PROGRAM GOALS:

1) Enhance physical strength: coach teens on how to build a solid foundation in fitness that supports their growth and physical health.

2) Boost athletic performance: help teens excel in their chosen sports and activities by improving critical athletic skills and strength.

3) Develop core strength and agility: help teens enhance balance, coordination, and the ability to perform athletic movements efficiently, which are crucial for everyday activities and sports.


WORKOUT STRUCTURE:

  • Warm-up

  • Plyos, Explosiveness, or Agility

  • Strength or Power

  • Intervals, Sprints, or Conditioning

  • Finisher


SAMPLE WORKOUT:

5 min - Dynamic warm-up

12 min - Agility

  • Ladder work

  • Shuttle drills

  • Ankle stability

3 min - Water break

12 min - Power

  • DB push press

  • Trap bar power shrugs

  • Banded push-ups

  • Bulgarian split jumps

3 min - Water break

12 min - Conditioning/Endurance

  • Hill sprint build ups

  • Bike thresholds

3 min - Water break

10 min - Finisher

  • Core stability and power


COACHES COMBINED EXPERIENCE:

NSCA-CPT; B.S. Exercise Physiology; CF-Level 1; 26 years combined coaching experience; 6 years high school coaching experience; 3 years high school strength and conditioning experience; 2 years NJCAA strength and conditioning coaching experience

One-time payment for summer - $450

10 session pack - $200

can use the 10 sessions however throughout the summer
